No catch. The Diagnostic is my sales process. I’m upfront about that. It starts with a 15-minute discovery call to see if we align. If we do, you complete a Constraint Profile and we meet for a full 30-minute roadmap session to go through the math: where revenue is leaking, your top constraints, and the specific tactics to fix them. You keep everything I find. If coaching is the right move, I’ll recommend it. If it’s not, I’ll tell you that too.
