The Short Version

I own Dynasty Gym in Vancouver. Voted the city’s #1 gym multiple times. Built it from scratch, systemized the operations, trained the team, stepped out. It runs without me.

That experience, building something that works whether I’m there or not, is the foundation of everything I do with clients. I know what it takes because I’ve done it with my own money and my own hours on the line.

Why I Do This

I grew up poor, fourth of five, in a house where my parents were never home because they were always working and always stressed about money. My mom was dominant, my dad was silent, and I learned early that what I thought didn’t carry much weight.

Most of the owners I work with built businesses that were supposed to buy them freedom. The business ended up taking the life they were trying to build. It took their evenings, their weekends, and most of what their families used to get from them.

I do this work because I know what the other side looks like. A business that runs without you in every seat, time back in your calendar, a life that matches the income you’re making. I want that for the people I work with because I know what it costs a family when the person running the business has nothing left to give by the end of the day.

How I Actually Work

Every business that’s stuck is stuck for a specific reason. Not ten reasons. One. The problem is that the owner is usually too close to see it. They’re inside the jar, trying to read the label.

My job is to find that one constraint, put a number on what it’s costing you, and build the operating infrastructure to break it. Then we move to the next one. That’s the cycle.

I don’t sell motivation. I get in the numbers, find what’s broken, and we fix it together. Weekly rhythm, real accountability, measurable outcomes.

Who I Work Best With

Owner-operators doing $300K–$2M in revenue. Service businesses: trades, fitness, agencies, clinics, consulting. People who built something real but can’t figure out why the growth stalled or why they’re still the one holding everything together.

The common thread: they know they need to work differently, not just harder. They’re willing to look at the numbers honestly and be challenged on what they find.
